We understand the difficulty in acquiring quality scientific editing or writing services that satisfy the requirements of academic journals as well as meet departmental or private budgets.

Do not be concerned about cost/pricing of our services. We are among the cheapest in the business. The cost of our services progressively decreases with the number of words per manuscript. For instance the cost of proofreading a manuscript of 1000 words is US$0.10 or GB 0.08 pence per word; for  a manuscript of 3000 words it will cost US$.067 or GB 0.054 pence per word; while a manuscript of 5000 words will only cost US$0.06 or GB 0.048 pence per word. An average scientific manuscript is about 6000 words in length in which case it will cost US$0.058 or GB 0.046 pence per word. We believe we are really cheap.

We are determined to provide quality services at very affordable prices to all. If you have genuine concerns we are willing to negotiate with you the most affordable pricing. Most institutions do not qualify for discounts unless we enter into long term contracts but nevertheless we will be willing to negotiate if there are budgetary issues. We appreciate individual authors will feel the pinch and institutions may have budget constraints especially when paying from less advanced nations of the world. We are willing to negotiate with you or your institutions the most affordable pricing for you if you are from less developed nations of the world and if your country falls within the list of Lower middle income and Low-income economies (see Table E in link) according to the UN Classification of 2012. Eligible individuals that are citizens of Lower middle income and Low-income economies qualify for a flat rate 20% discount on our published rates.
